Starting on Tuesday, September 8th 2nd Ave East and 1st Street East between Riverside Drive and 3rd Ave will be closed due to infrastructure work. Local traffic will be permitted, however regular traffic is encouraged to seek an alternate route. No through traffic permitted. Work is expected to last up to 4 days.
