It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randy on August 1, 2019 in Calgary, Alberta, surrounded by his family.
Randy was born on July 15, 1957 to Mary and Grant Raisbeck in Calgary. Randy began school in Calgary, and after his family moved to the family farm near Morrin, he completed his schooling at Morrin School.
After high school, Randy began his lifelong career as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed campfires and spending time with family and friends.
Randy was predeceased by his son Shane, his father Grant, his sister Connie, and two nephews, Justin Bremer and Sheldon White.
Randy leaves to cherish his memory, daughter Danielle (Jamie), son Jeremy, grandchildren Zachary and Kaedence, mom Mary (Don) Jackson, his siblings: Brenda (Tom)
Devaleriola, Clay Raisbeck, Kathy (Gord) Sinclair, Margie (Laverne) Bremer, Deedee (Calvin) Fabian, Anna Marie Raisbeck, Tracy Raisbeck, and numerous nieces and
nephews and a lifetime of friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Randy on August 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Morrin Community Hall. The family invites everyone to stay for lunch and share their memories of Randy.

With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of James Barrie Hoover on August 18, 2019. Born September 30, 1957 in Hanna, AB to his loving parents Howard and Helen. Barrie grew up on a farm north of Delia and always loved the people, animals and the land. He attended school in Majestic, Delia and Edmonton. A loving husband and a proud father. He owned and operated Northside Garage in Delia for a number of years, also he was the councilman for Division 5 of Starland County from 2004-2017, also serving as reeve. A dedicated member of the local organizations, he was a Delia and Craigmyle volunteer firefighter, on Delia Community Centre Board, Craigmyle Historic Society and many others. He was an avid curler, a 4H dad, a friendly face and someone always willing to lend a helping hand.
Barrie is survived by his loving family; wife Janice, children Michelle and William, brother Stephen (Linda),
sister Karen (Geoff), sister-in-law Pat, mother-in-law Pearl Kolasko, man’s best friend, his dog Trixie and aunts,
nieces and nephews he adored. He was predeceased by his parents Helen and Howard, and brother Arthur. He will be remembered for his big personality and great sense of
humor. A celebration of his life will be held Friday,
August 23 in the Delia Community Centre at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Diabetes Canada.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Grimsdale Sr., on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the age of 74 years.
Gary worked in the printing industry, starting as an apprentice and becoming a Journeyman Pressman. Prior to his retirement he taught Printing and Graphic Arts at the Drumheller Institution in Drumheller, AB.
Gary is survived by his beloved wife Jane, their three sons, Gary Jr. (Erica), Jeffrey (Coralie), and Christopher (Joice); and grandchildren, Halee, Tyren, Chris, Charlon, and Jaya. He is also survived by sisters, Maureen, Gail, and Susan (Peter); nieces and nephews, Peter (Jackie), Brenda (Darrell), Tracey (Kevin), Robyn Lynn (Richard), Heather (Ian), Scott (Diane), Julie (Mike), Wendy (Bruce), Shannan (Cory), Mitchell, and Ryan. Gary was predeceased by his sister Audri.
A small private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Breath, the Lung Association at lung.ca, or to the Peter Lougheed Intensive Care Unit, through calgaryhealthtrust.ca.
