BEHUNIAK, William Paul

BEHUNIAK, William Paul
January 24, 1924 - November 8, 2010

With deepest regrets the family of Wm. P. Behuniak wish to let friends and relatives know of his passing on November 8, 2010. Many in the valley will remember Bill through his years of teaching in both East Coulee and Drumheller where he enjoyed his part in giving his students a start on their way to higher learning. “Mr. B”, as he was affectionately called, always treasured the cooperation and dedication of the school staff under his care in both East Coulee and Drumheller. Besides Eva, his wife of 62 years, he leaves behind his family: Dan (Rosa), Greg (Zelda), Tina (Norm); seven grandchildren, Teri-Lyn, Logan, Amber, Jonathan, Crystan (Colt), Camilla, Clay; his brother Mike (Judy) and a number of nieces and nephews. Bill lived his life to the fullest and especially enjoyed his retirement years spent with his family in the great outdoors, camping, fishing and golfing. We, his family, will remember him as the greatest husband, father and grandfather. We will always cherish the wonderful memories we had with him. At Bill’s request, a private family gathering was held in Red Deer.
