1923 - 2009
Bill passed away on June 11, 2009 at the Drumheller Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born in Nienowice, Poland on October 2, 1923. A son for Frank and Kataryna Soboleski. Bill is remembered and cherished by his daughters, Kate (Mel), Carol (Richard), Christina (Kyle), his sons, Don (Carol), Mike, Rob, John (Ginette). Bill will be remembered by his grandchildren; Charmaine, Vanessa, Sean, Hayden, Austin, Indiana, Katelyne, Kaillie- Ann and Emillie –Ann, and his great grandchildren; Tristan, Logan, Cole and Grady. Bill was predeceased by his loving wife Irene of 54 years and their two sons Doug and Bill. On behalf of the family we wish to express our gratitude for your many kindnesses evidenced in thought and deeds in Bill’s life. A funeral service for Bill will be held Wednesday, June 17th at Knox United Church at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
