FAULTER, Richard William

Richard William Faulter of Drumheller, AB, passed away suddenly on November 23, 2014 at the age of 70 years. Richard was born in Toronto, Ontario on May 6, 1944 to John and Anne Faulter. Richard grew up in Calgary, AB and graduated from SAIT Polytechnic with an architect diploma in 1967. He then moved to Drumheller, AB in 1989, where he operated two home based businesses, Alberta Hot House and Drumheller Drafting and Design alongside his wife. Richard was also on the Co-op board of directors up until a year ago. Richard is survived by his: wife Janace Faulter, his son Blake William (Teri) Faulter, his brother Doug (Dianne) Faulter and nephews Cam Faulter and Ryan Faulter. Richard is predeceased by his; parents John and Ann Faulter. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honour of Richard to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta & N.W.T. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 P.M., on Monday, December 1, 2014, at Courtney-Winters Funeral Home, 199-2nd Street West, Drumheller, AB.
