Marilyn M. Lastockin of Drumheller beloved wife of Michael Lastockin, passed away suddenly, February 23, 2013 at the age of 71 years. Our dear wife, mother, grandma and GG passed away suddenly at the Drumheller Health Centre surrounded by her family. Marilyn was a devoted wife, mother and then when she became a grandmother she devoted her life to her grandsons. Marilyn was born to the late Eli and Elizabeth Blake in Bassano, AB on April 4, 1941, and spent most of her time in Calgary, until retiring with her loving husband in Drumheller. She loved to travel and spend time with family. Marilyn is survived by her loving husband Michael for over thirty years; she was his missy and will be forever missed. Marilyn is also survived by: her two children Tim (Wanda) Wharran and Tracy (Bruce) Macleod. She gave everything to her children. Marilyn is also survived by: her five grandsons Jay, Joe, Brendan, Michael and Brett and three great grandchildren: Avery, Brynlee and Mason, they were the love of her life and they will miss those special times with granny and GG. Marilyn leaves to mourn three sisters Joanne, Helen and Beverly and one brother Harold. A special thanks to Dr. Maseka and the nurses at the Drumheller Hospital for their loving support.
