It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Henry Charleston Budenski on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at the Drumheller Health Centre at the age of 69 years.  He will be forever in our hearts, and remembered for his generosity, kind heartedness, strength and sense of humour.  Henry was predeceased by his wife Shirley Budenski in 2004, father Dennis Budenski in 2007, and mother Anne Budenski in 1985.  Henry leaves behind his daughters, Sandra (Gianni) Sgambaro of Priddis, Alberta, Cathy (Kelly) Reynolds of Drumheller, and son, Dennis Budenski of Drumheller.  He also leaves eight precious grandchildren, Jenny (Clint), Kim (Rob), Michael, Ryan, James and Michelle, four great grand children, Sheala, Michael, George, Anna, brother Bill (Terry) Budenski of Chilliwack, sister Ann Howells of Drumheller, Aunt Bernice Gillespie of Calgary, Aunt Alice Gordon of Calgary, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Henry retired and returned to the Drumheller Valley in 2008, after 35 years with Cardinal River Coal Mine as a welder. A visitation for Henry was held from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday January 3, 2013 at Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Home.  Funeral services were held on Friday January 4, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Home with  Kitti Freeman officiating, cremation to follow service.
