News Submission Terms and Conditions:

Children under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's written permission to submit their material (news, text, images or photos) and such permission must accompany the material or they will not be considered.

The Drumheller Mail has the right to edit and/or alter any submission made. The Drumheller Mail reserves the right not to use the material you submit at all and/or as little of the material as it chooses.

By submitting your material, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which you hereby acknowledge, you hereby grant The Drumheller Mail a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to edit, distribute, syndicate, telecast, rerun, reproduce, use, license, print, and otherwise exploit the materials you submit, or any portion thereof, as incorporated in any of The Drumheller Mail products and services or the promotion thereof, in any manner and in any medium or forum, whether now known or hereafter devised, without making payment to you or any third party.

Photo Release

You agree that The Drumheller Mal may use the Photograph that you have submitted under the following terms and conditions:

You own this Photograph, and You retain all the consents and rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to The Drumheller Mail.

You are the only person who has copyright to this Photograph, and you understand that you are granting The Drumheller Mail the non-exclusive right to use it in any way that The Drumheller Mail sees fit.

You agree that the Drumheller Mail will remain harmless from all claims, demands, actions, suits, or other proceedings against the Drumheller Mail arising out of the use of the photograph in violation of the above conditions.

You understand that there is no payment involved.
