shank.jpgJason was taken away suddenly from us on January 1, 2009. He is survived by his loving wife Lynda; daughters Ariel and Jordyn; sons Darian and Joshua; his parents Lois and Ian Shank; sister Chantel (Ian) Despins; brother Cody Shank; grandparents Leo Sheehan and Eva Shank; in-laws Melodie and Peter Kolisnyk; Grandma Mary Kolisnyk; sister-in-law Gina Kolisnyk; uncle Trevor; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jason was predeceased by his brother Shawn Shank; grandma Sophie Sheehan; grandpa Albert Shank and aunty Connie. A Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Thorhild Community Hall with Father Neal Shank (uncle) officiating with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers a Trust Fund will be set up for the children of Jason Shank, c/o Transit Members 30429, Box 40, Thorhild, AB T0A 3J0. Scotia Bank. 780-398-9111. Cheques to be made out to J. Shank’s kids or Melodie Kolisnyk.
