Why change your fuel filter? The results of not changing your fuel filter could cause fuel injector damage from particles not being filtered. Erratic performance, poor fuel mileage and in some cases, complete engine shut down can occur. It’s recommended to change your fuel filter every 16,000 kms or once a year.
