Ossie Sheddy
Ossie is the editor and publisher of The Drumheller Mail and has been with the paper for over 40 years. Ossie has held many volunteer positions in the community including President of the Alberta Weekly Newspaper Association, Chairman of the Royal Tyrrell Museum Cooperating Society, President of the Dinosaur Trail Golf and Country Club, board member on the newly formed Badlands Community Facility Steering Committee. Ossie writes the well-read column "Read All About It" each week in The Drumheller Mail.
Bob Sheddy
Bob has been with The Drumheller Mail since 1994, and although he is primarily the managing editor of the newspaper, you'll catch Bob taking photos and videos of happenings around town. Bob graduated in 2001 with a Commerce degree, and he did a minor in journalistic studies. Bob is involved in the management of The Mail and DrumhellerMail.com. Bob is also the owner of Century 21 PowerRealty.ca and InnovatORS Inc.
Patrick Kolafa
Patrick has been with The Drumheller Mail since 2002 and has covered many major stories in the area. Patrick's reportage has contributed to The Drumheller Mail being recognized nationally by the Canadian Cancer Society and the Canadian Community Newspaper Association. Before coming to The Mail, Patrick reported for the Bonnyville Nouvelle, and contributed to Associated Press' coverage of the 2002 G8 Conference. His work has also appeared in the Calgary Herald.
Barb Coney
Barb has been the with The Drumheller Mail since 1989 and is currently the production supervisor. A native Drumhellerite, she has spent many years volunteering in the community and in 2003 was chosen as Drumheller’s Citizen of the Year. She was an officer with the Navy League Corps for ten years before being promoted to Training Officer of Alberta Division. Barb served in the Drumheller Legion executive for many years, including four as president. She was awarded the Minister of Veterans Affairs Commendation and represented Alberta on a European Pilgrimage for Remembrance. She also served as president of the Drumheller Rotary Club and has been the chairperson for the Rotary Club’s Radio Auction for two years. Barb is married to Larry, has three grown children and six grandchildren.
Laura Corbeil
Laura works with the production department at The Drumheller Mail and is also involved with DrumhellerMail.com and The Mail's social media communities on Facebook and Twitter. Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, she graduated with B.A and B.Ed degrees from the University of Ottawa and has completed graduate coursework and a summer writing residency with UBC towards an MFA in Creative Writing. Keeping pace with the latest communications technology, Laura works from her home office in Aylmer, Quebec.
Megan Kathol
Megan has worked in the production department at The Drumheller Mail since October of 2009, designing advertisements and page layouts. She was born and raised in Rockyford, Alberta. She graduated in 2009 with a BFA majoring in Art from the University of Lethbridge. Prior to finding her home with The Drumheller Mail, she worked for the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller.
Wendy Braun
Wendy is in her 10th year with The Drumheller Mail. She began in the production department and then moved to advertising sales, where she enjoys working with her clients, both new and old. She loves her life on the farm and is an avid gardener. Her asparagus has become famous in The Drumheller Mail office.
Kathryn Chambers
Kathryn was born in Cornwall, England. She moved to Canada with her parents in her late teens. After spending some years in Manitoba she moved to Alberta. Drumheller has now been home for her and her two children for 10 years. She has been very involved with the community, helping fundraise for a playground in North Drumheller and always willing to help out friends and neighbours in any way she can. Kathryn joined The Drumheller Mail advertising and promotions team May 2010. She enjoys working with existing clients and looks forward to meeting new ones.
Cassandra Hargate
Cassanda has just recently joined the Drumheller Mail as the new Accounts Manager. She was born in Calgary but spent most of her life travelling across Canada and the USA, where she studied Bookkeeping and Accounting. She brings with her an extensive background in customer service, and has worked in the furniture, automotive, and acocunting fields for the past 17 years. Enthused about learning the newspaper business, she and her two daughters look forward to many years in the Drumheller area, with The Drumheller Mail.
Tracey Robinson
Tracey works at the front counter of The Drumheller Mail, taking classified ad orders and selling stationary and office supplies. She has been with The Mail since 2005.
Doneal Kasie
Doneal has worked at the front counter of The Drumheller Mail for three years, serving customers and taking ads. She likes people and can be seen at the storefront with a smile on her face. Her personal hobby is buying and restoring dolls.
Doris Koch
Doris is the circulation manager at The Drumheller Mail. She has been with The Mail for ten years.

What do you like most about your job? Teaching little kids about dinosaurs.
Dream job? Something to do with interpretative or education planning in museums.
How long have you lived in the Valley? This will be my fifth summer, but a year full time.
Where are you from originally? Rocky Rapids.
What are some of your top travel destinations? My mom and I are planning a trip to Italy in October. Mostly Tuscany.
When and where would you travel to in time? It would be cool to meet my grandparents when they were children.
What fictional character would you like to hang out with? I was watching Gargoyles last night, so I want to say Goliath.
Any hobbies? Reading, I like watching monster movies, and playing with my bearded dragon, Cleo.
Choose one thing to eat for the rest of your life: Ice cream.
What is your most memorable childhood toy? My troll baby.
Favourite movies? Life is Beautiful and Shaun of the Dead.
In a movie based on your life, what genre would it be? It should be a cheesy mockumentary or a cheesy horror movie.
What song would you like to play whenever you enter a room? Space Jam.
Favourite books? The Count of Monte Cristo and Frankenstein.
What fictional world would you like to live in? I would want to live in True Blood.
What is a future technology that you want now? A holodeck from Star Trek.
What superpower would you want? I would want to fly, make money off of it, and then use the money to buy gadgets and become Batman.
Any words of wisdom? Why did the dinosaurs go extinct? Because, they forgot how to love each other. It’s from Puma Man.
