Blore: Eric  1915 - 2005

Eric Blore passed away peacefully on November 19, 2005 at the Foothills Hospital at the age of 90 years.  He was predeceased by his wife, Jean Isobel McEwen, his brothers, Fred and William, and his daughter-in-law Diane.  He leaves behind his sons; David, Alan (Jean), his granddaughter Kim (Andrew), and grandson Jason (Ann Marie), his brother Keith, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Eric was born near Craigmyle, Alberta and was able to continue with his lifelong passion of farming until he was eighty-five.  He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge for many years. Being an avid curler he was a member of the Hanna Curling Club.  Eric loved to tinker and could fix just about anything. Watson: Debra Faye (nee McKenzie)  1954 - 2005

Debra Faye Watson (nee McKenzie), beloved wife of Bill Watson, of Calgary passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, after a ten-year battle with cancer at the age of 50 years. Debra was born on November 30, 1954 in Lethbridge, AB. She was a teacher in Airdrie and Springbank for twenty-five years. Besides her husband Bill, Debra is also survived by her daughters Morgan and Taylor. She is also survived by her mother Phyllis McKenzie of Lethbridge; her brother and sister-in-law Darrel and Pat McKenzie of Lethbridge; sister and brother-in-law Lorelee and Stan Marshall of Delia, AB; as well as several nieces and nephews.  Debra was predeceased by her father Leonard McKenzie. Funeral Services were held at Parkdale United Church (2919 - 8th Avenue N.W.) on Sunday, November 20, 2005 at 1:30 p.m with the Rev.
